I had the honor and pleasure of sitting down with writer and performing poet, Grace Phumelele  Zwane at her place in Jules, in Jeppestown.
.  We spoke about many things like our worth in the world and the many situations that bend to break us.


It’s, funny because they bring me back here, to my lonesome, all of me archived, finding and missing.

In  ideas we shared and walked Old Jeppe’ through his industrial streets,

No strangers to the changes around and the buildings that stayed the same.

As a poet, her piece could well be an ode to all women who use their creativity to express themselves without any equal or compare.

 It’s like therapy ― we writers, poets and artists.
